Texting Program.

South Central Division NHRA Summit Racing Junior Drag Racing League Competitors,

We are still using the text messaging program that will allow us to better communicate with each of you during a South Central Division NHRA Summit JDRL event.  If you would like to receive text messages during the event that include schedule updates, staging lanes calls and various other event related updates below are detailed instructions on how opt-in or opt-out.  There is no fee for the service.

Opt-In to Text Messaging System:

1. Open the text messaging program on your cell phone
2. In the To field enter the address [email protected]
3. In the body of the text message enter Add FirstName LastName Cat#

                       *you must put in the word ADD*

1. Cat - is the identifier used to assign you to a particular category, please use the number associated with the category or categories you are entered into this weekend

For example, to enter yourself into both the (6-9) and Race of Champions text message groups you will need to send a text message to the address [email protected] as follows:

Add Joe Racer 1 5(you have to put Add and spaces between)

To add yourself to only Age Group (6-9), you would send: Add Joe Racer 1

You can add yourself to up to 4 categories.

Opt-Out of Text Messaging System:

1. Open text messaging program on your cell phone
2. In the To field enter the address [email protected] 
3. In the body of the text message enter Remove
