Thorp Crowned South Central Division 4 Top Dragster Champion

The Top Dragster championship battle in the South Central Division 4 went down to the wire, ultimately being decided by a tie-breaker. Kevin Thorp and Dane Ward closed the season deadlocked at 313 points, showcasing just how competitive the category was throughout the year.

When the tie-breaker was applied, Thorp emerged on top, earning the number one position and the right to display “41” on his Top Dragster ride for the 2026 season. His consistency throughout the season proved to be the difference in a tightly contested championship chase.

Rounding out the top three was Ross Laris, who also delivered a strong and competitive season.
