Just like any South Central Division 4 event, we want to make sure you have everything you need before you go. We normally post a “Know Before You Tow” and a DRS—so why change now for one of the biggest events of the off-season?

Here’s what you need to know for Saturday evening:

🔹 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 (𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥)

All champions have been emailed.

➡️ If you already have your Wally, please be sure to bring it with you so we can add your customized plate and return it to you on stage.

🔹 𝐑𝐮𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 & 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠

➡️ Racers being recognized on stage should report to the “Staging Lanes” when their category is approaching on the Run Order.

🔹 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭 & 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐈𝐧

The seating chart has been shared to help make check-in smooth and stress-free.

When you arrive at the main entrance, please head left toward the Trinity Ballroom to check in. The Check-In table will have your tickets prepared in envelopes, including your table number and a complimentary drink ticket.

Each table will also have assigned name cards to help keep families and friends seated together—please feel free to adjust seating as needed once you arrive at your table.

🍹 The reception area opens at 4:00 PM, and ballroom doors open at 5:00 PM for seating.
